Jarek Kruk “Paintings & Digital Drawings”

Female nude, Jarek Kruk’s favorite subject, is also at the heart of this exhibition. Sometimes implicit, sometimes explicit… Suggested or unveiled… The female body is a leitmotiv that appears continuously both in the paintings and in the digital drawings of Jarek Kruk.

Jarek KRUK (born in 1956), is a Polish painter and graphic designer. He studied painting and drawing at the Institute of Fine Arts in Lublin, and later on, he continued his studies at the Fine Arts in Lille, from where he graduated in 1988. Since 1983, he lives and works in France. In his latest figurative pictorial research, he combines traditional (acrylic, charcoal, collage…) and digital techniques.
